Performance Group

In addition to the main instrument classes offered at the Acadamh Ceoil we highly recommend that our students also participate in one of our performance groups. These mixed instrument classes will focus on building a repertoire, arranging music and from this will emerge performance groups (ceili bands, grupaí ceoil) who will have the opportunity to perform at events and/or competitions.

As a pre-requisite for enrollment in the Multi-Instrument Group students must attend a class in their main instrument. Students must be at least Grade 1+ level to attend the multi-instrument class.
