Responsible to: FLOURISH Project Manager (University of Ulster) and Board of Cultúrlann Uí Chanáin

Start Date: November 2026

Purpose of the Job

The Project Officer will support the project, Framing the Legacy of our Irish and Scottish Heritage (FLOURISH), funded by PEACEPLUS, working with a Project Manager and in collaboration with the University of Ulster and other partners, the post holder will assist in the delivery of projects across three strands:

1. Community participation

2. Local government capacity development

3. Outreach and education work for youth

The aim is to build positive relationships with indigenous language and culture, improve official responses to linguistic diversity, and encourage the next generation to foster a shared heritage.
